2024.1 Quote Settings

This section contains requirements for the Negotiable Quote import/export configurations.

Configuration name	Example value	Description
Quote Shipping Method ID	Integer	Magento Quote Shipping cannot be set by the customer. But, in NetSuite, a Shipping Method is required for Quote. So, on the NSC Quote export, the new NetSuite Quote should have some Shipping Method set. This field contains a NetSuite Shipping Method ID that will be used in the new Quote on its export. NetSuite internal id - the internal id of a shipping item defined in NetSuite at Lists->Accounting->Shipping Items
Quote Probability	Integer (0-100)	This is a required field for NetSuite Quote. Enter a value between 0 and 100 to indicate the percent probability for the Quote to be approved.
Quote Comment Custom Record ID	Integer	Once you install RocketWeb Magento 2 Quotes Bundle in NetSuite, a new Custom Record Magento Comments is added. Add the internal ID of the Custom Record here. Custom records can be found under Customizations→Lists, Records & Fields → Record Types
Disable Editing Quotes in Magento Admin	Boolean	Disable Quote Editing in Store Admin to protect data integrity between Magento and NetSuite. RocketWeb Team highly recommend to disable editing in Magento and use NetSuite Admin only!

Quote Comment Custom Record ID is part of RocketWeb Magneto 2 Quotes NetSuite Bundle. The Bundle contains NetSuite customizations needed for the successful Quote synchronization process.
