Incorporates all config settings that make it possible to configure monitoring and debugging for NetSuite Connector.

Developer E-mail	Text	E-mail to send warnings. Can handle a few emails if comma-separated.
Email Sender	Select	Set sender for warnings emails.
E-mail errors and exceptions	Select	Send or not send emails with warnings. It is useful to monitor the Queue stance.
Export queue threshold	Integer	If the export queue has more messages than defined here, an email is sent to the developer. An ever-growing queue is a sign of processing being stuck. Set to zero to disable.
Import queue threshold	Integer	If the import queue has more messages than defined here, an email is sent to the developer. An ever-growing queue is a sign of processing being stuck. Set to zero to disable.
Warn if import not run after (hours)	Integer	Set the number of hours after which a Warning message about an import queue not working is shown (example see below).
Warn if export not run after (hours)	Integer	Set the number of hours after which a Warning message about an export queue not working is shown (example see below).
Warn if stock not run after (hours)	Integer	Set the number of hours after which a Warning message about a stock update not working is shown (example see below).
