2021.2 Saved Search Creation in NetSuite

  1. Navigate to NetSuite Application
  2. Open Lists→Search→SavedSearches→New
  3. On the following page, find and click on the Item link
  4. On the next page, you need to set all details for the Saved Search
    1.  
    2. Title - Enter title
    3. Criteria Tab - this is filters for search
      1. Add any Item Field for criteria 
    4. Results Tab - this is a field list that will be present in the response. There are 3 fields required:
      1. Internal ID 
      2. The field that used for Qty (depends on project needs)
      3. Inventory Location: Internal ID
  5. Click Save and check results.
